Whiteford Surveying is a fully independent Chartered Building Surveying Practice that specialises in providing a comprehensive surveying and repair service for managing insurance claims. We have sound experience in the insurance claim sector enabling us to deliver professional, innovative and effective practical solutions.
The scope of work undertaken includes measured surveys, contract administration reinstatement projects including fire, flood, malicious damage to commercial, industrial and domestic buildings.
Our role includes project management of repair works including quantification of the works to be undertaken together with providing relevant specifications, in order to obtain relevant quotations from contractors, ensuring compliance with building regulations, CDM requirements, listed buildings restraints, and specific planning issues. Also consulting with structural and mechanical engineers for further expert advice.
We also involved in professional services including party wall procedures, schedules of condition and engage in negotiations in connection with obtaining agreements and approvals on legal matters (e.g. Health & Safety, Building Regulations, and Town Planning).
